This box started out by finding a few huge pinecones that fell off a sugarpine tree in Truckee, California. The wood is California madrone, that I harvested from a dying tree on my neighbor’s property in the Santa Cruz mountains.

This box is tentatively for sale; I’m not sure if I will sell it, keep it, or give it away in a contest. Let me know if you are interested in it!
