Dragon Scale Bowl – made out of either cherry or walnut hardwood. The photos of the walnut are in process; I’m still doing the finish. Finished with a food safe finish (Osmo Top Oil on several, and linseed oil on another one).
Approximate size: 12″ outer diameter , 4.75″ tall. It is heavy!

I’ve made four: one was a gift, two are for sale, and one I’ll keep. I haven’t decided which one I’ll keep, and for now they are all in storage awaiting purchase.
NOTE: The walnut version has some small wood knot holes down in the middle of the bowl. Some people might not like this, so be sure to take a look at it in the photos if you choose that one.
